Right of Withdrawal Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel
   In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, without providing any reason.

2. Cancellation Period
   You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you — or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier) — takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear written statement via email, postal mail, or any other durable medium.
While not mandatory, you may use the sample cancellation form provided below.

4. Refund Policy
   Upon receiving your cancellation notice, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra charges for express or non-standard shipping).

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

5. Returning Your Purchase
   Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation. The return will be considered on time if the products are shipped before the 14-day deadline.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Unless the return is due to an error on our part, shipping costs are your responsibility.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
   The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Sealed goods that were opened and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons

• Perishable or time-sensitive items

• Software, audio, or video recordings once unsealed

• Newspapers, magazines, or similar publications

7. Return Conditions
   Returned products must be:

• Unused and undamaged

• Returned with original packaging, tags, seals, and any included accessories

If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature or functioning, we may deduct an amount from the refund to reflect the reduction in value.
